HI! I’M JANICE.

I'm a Minnesota native,
so I know a thing or two about extremes -

scorching summers, bitter winters, and everything in between. I balance those seasons with time in nature, long hikes, meaningful conversations, a cozy cup of coffee (or tea), and a love of meeting new people.

My path into health coaching grew out of my own story. After years of chronic illness and a life-changing diagnosis of premature ovarian insufficiency, I learned firsthand how overwhelming midlife transitions can be. That experience gave me both deep empathy and a passion for helping other women find their way back to balance, health, and vitality.

As a certified Functional Health Coach, I support women in perimenopause and menopause with strategies that actually work in real life.

Together we tackle hot flashes, brain fog, weight gain, low energy, and all the messy in-between symptoms that can make you feel like a stranger in your own body.

My approach is grounded in science, positive psychology, and lived experience – but always tailored to you. My goal? To empower you with the tools, support, and accountability you need to create lasting change, so you can thrive in this season and beyond.

I believe wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and mindset all matter, but the magic happens when we figure out what works best for you and fits your lifestyle. I create a safe, judgment-free space where women

can speak openly and make practical shifts that actually stick. Outside of coaching, I’m happiest when I’m exploring nature, spending time with family and friends, or perfecting my chicken gumbo recipe. (And yes, I proudly claim the title of world-class napper!)

At the end of the day, I want you to know this: midlife isn’t the end of your story ~ it’s the start of a new chapter, one that can be full of strength, clarity, and joy.
