In a world where news and gossip and shopping and all manner of information is available at our fingertips it is difficult to unplug. For Pete’s sake, all matter of information is completely accessible without leaving our homes or even getting out of our pajamas. It has encouraged behavior that allows us to hide behind our screens and in some cases shut the world out. Sadly, this goes against the very nature of humans – we are, after all, social creatures. When we feel connected, we thrive! When we feel connected to another person, our bodies respond in ways that help us feel calmer. Connection comes in many forms – time with family and friends, being out in nature, playing with our kids or talking to a health coach.

All these connections can have positive health benefits and help us manage stress a bit more. It can help us breath.

Let’s connect!
